Changes are announced at least 30 days ahead and never apply retroactively. Refunds: subscriptions in full within 14 days of purchase; usage fees non-refundable once processed, except failed jobs. Full rules in the billing terms.

Do I install anything?
No. The hosted service runs in the cloud: you will upload or stream from the browser and collect the results. It opens from the waitlist — nothing to install before then.
What do I get back?
Finished video. Audio or video goes in, captioned video comes out: your original footage kept, or an image background for audio-only. That is how the hosted service will work at launch; today, the devlog episode shows the engine running locally.
Is my audio used for training?
No. Transfers are encrypted and nothing trains on customer content. Delete exports whenever you are done.
